Quotations & Price Validity
All wholesale quotations issued by Quality Dental Depot from our Jaipur sales desk carry the following binding commercial terms:
Quote Reference
Every quote is assigned a unique tracking ID (e.g., QDD-2026-1042). Use this code for all follow-ups and WhatsApp correspondence.
15-Day Firm Price
Quotes are price-firm for 15 calendar days from issue. After 15 days they are subject to revision based on manufacturer rate changes.
GST Inclusive
All prices indicate the base price, applicable GST rate, and total tax-inclusive amount. No hidden charges.
Bulk Tier Pricing
Volume discounts applied automatically: Tier 1 (1–2 units), Tier 2 (3–5 units), Tier 3 (6+ / Institutional rates).
GST Slabs & Tax Invoicing
Providing your clinic GSTIN at checkout generates a compliant B2B Tax Invoice and E-Way Bill, enabling full Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation under Section 16 of the CGST Act, 2017.

Payment Terms
Consumables & Portable Units
100% advance payment before dispatch. Accepted via NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI / Corporate Net Banking.
Major Equipment (Chairs, CBCT)
30% order confirmation advance + 70% balance before factory crate dispatch, per pro-forma invoice.
GST Tax Invoices, warranty registration documents, and E-Way bills accompany every shipment.
Delivery & Protective Packaging
- 🚀 Pan-India shipping to all 28 states and 8 union territories via Blue Dart, GATI-KWE, and TCI Freight.
- 📦 Heavy equipment shipped in ISPM-15 compliant shock-isolated wooden export crates with HD foam cushioning and moisture-barrier wrapping.
- 🛡️ All consignments are 100% insured against in-transit damage, vehicular loss, or water ingress.
- 📸 Any visible crate damage must be photographed and endorsed on the carrier's Consignment Note (LR/POD) within 48 hours of receipt.
On-Site Installation & Clinic Requirements
Complimentary bio-medical engineer installation is provided across Rajasthan, Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, and Western UP. The buyer must ensure the following clinic utilities are operational before the engineer's visit:
Electrical
Dedicated 15A socket, 220V ± 10%, earthed (neutral-to-earth < 2.0V).
Pneumatic Air
10mm high-pressure PU tubing from compressor to chair base (0.55 – 0.8 MPa).
Water Supply
½-inch fresh water inlet with ball valve and independent shut-off.
Drainage
1.5-inch PVC drain pipe with proper gravitational gradient away from chair.

- Damage from incorrect voltage / power surges
- Physical damage from user mishandling
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from supply contracts shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By submitting a Quote Request or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
